Principle

When the demographics camera in the Entrance Display detects a customer approaching the storefy advertising display, it recognizes the person’s age and gender and displays relevant content that matches the demographics, meaning it is likely to be of interest to this customer group. The content can be static video files or the content can be created on the fly and test several different combinations of titles and products.

In addition, the system provides the company with information about potential customers passing by the store.

Compliant with GDPR requirements

The system has been built from the beginning to meet all data protection requirements. Passerby counting takes place with the camera’s internal neural network processor, which means that no information identifying a person is forwarded from the camera. The system only produces the results of the census, anonymous demographic information and the peoples coordinates.

The Entrance Display can pay attention to the customer just as well by showing a video, showing pictures or playing a voice message or one of these combinations. It is essential that the content and style of the message always speak to the customer’s target group. The content can be a friendly welcome, it can contain a demographically targeted, timely marketing message, or it can be purely informative. It is also easy to change the message whenever the need arises.

We don’t think you want yet another analytics view that you have to log in to see and visit whenever you remember. That’s why we send the reports to your email. You can choose how often you want to receive reports, and the most important metrics and indicators are determined for you during the implementation phase.

Documents are easy to share within the organization and if you need some specific data, you can log in to analytics and search for information using the parameters you want.

Electronic Shelf Labels

ESL, or Electronic Shelf Label, is a display based on electronic paper, the content of which can be changed remotely.

The price tag is based on ePaper / eInk technology, in which the paper-like surface has electrically charged microscopically small balls and with an electric current, the balls can be turned either black or white side towards the viewer

Touch screen

The touch screen user interface of the turn number machine can be fully customized according to the customer’s needs. Several different queues can also be assigned to the device for different types of customers, for example consumer and business customers have their own queues. Changing data can be displayed, such as the day’s special offers or announcements about unusual opening hours.

Customer’s receipt

In addition to the queue number, the customer receives information about the length of the queue in the receipt. Customers who have waited a long time can be rewarded, for example, with receipt-specific offers.

Customer service user interface

The customer service user logs into the service user interface with their own mobile device. The user interface works with a web browser, so installing separate programs is not necessary. After pressing the call button, the shift number appears both on the specified storefy screens and in the service user interface. Finally, more detailed information about the service situation can be added: for example, the reason for the visit or, for example, the solution offered to the customer can be recorded.

Queuing data monitoring and reporting

The system collects queuing data and enables reporting of queuing data with an accuracy of less than an hour. If several queues are activated, both queue-specific data and the cumulative number of customers are displayed for all queues. The system reports the waiting times in the same graph as the number of turns, which makes it easy to accurately evaluate customer pressure.

Since each customer service provider has their own user IDs for the system, the average service time or the daily number of customers can be monitored per user. From the service events of users / sellers, accurate data is obtained for each seller to support business development.

The range of interactive implementations is wide and the solutions are always designed according to the customer’s individual needs. With interactive store solutions, the customer can for example speed up their business on their own or they can be used to create completely new demand. Interactivity can also create experiences that build the company’s image.
